Cancellation Notice:
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
No-Show Policy:
- Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. We understand that emergencies occur, but we must enforce this policy to respect our therapists' time and efforts.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible within the 24-hour notice period to avoid cancellation fees.
Payment:
- Cancellation fees will be processed through the payment method used for your booking and or other methods of payment.
